Inconsistent cleanliness in rooms!!! Noise issues between rooms!!! Limited hot water availability needs to be resolved!!! It’s frustrating when the check-in process lacks efficiency!!!

The hotel's location was ideal for exploring Budapest, and my two teens loved the nearby playground. The staff was friendly, and we particularly enjoyed the clean and spacious triple room that accommodated us well during our stay.
My kids wished for more choices at breakfast.

We had a blast with breathtaking views from our room! The terrace was perfect for chilling together, and the playground was a hit with everyone. Easy parking right outside and cozy atmosphere made our stay great.
Heads up, the stairs to our room were narrow and a bit tricky with luggage — just plan ahead!

Loved the large balcony with an amazing view and clean bathroom. The separate door helped with noise too!

I stayed in a Superior Triple Room for one night and loved the spaciousness! Room was clean, and the parking outside was super convenient. The mattress was comfy, but I found the pillows a bit too soft for my liking. Nothing too fancy about the furniture, but it was well-maintained and served its purpose. The breakfast was pretty basic, though, and could definitely use more variety.

had a really nice and quiet room which was super clean. the staff were pleasant and welcoming and helped me with everything i needed. oh, and each room has its own safe, so that was pretty cool. breakfast was decent too, and the location is quiet, perfect for some relaxation after a day of exploring. i even got a nice little upgrade since it was kinda slow when i was there.
the air conditioning didn't work that great and could've used some complimentary shampoo or gel. could also use better pillows, they were kinda soft.
